Dashboard
The Dashboard is your command centre. It shows the key metrics across your entire Postli workspace — clicks, revenue, top-performing links, traffic sources, and geographic reach — all in one glance.
Time period selector
At the top of the dashboard, toggle between Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Last 90 days. All stat cards, charts, and tables update to reflect the selected window. Percentage-change badges on stat cards compare the current period against the previous one of equal length.
Stat cards
Five stat cards give you the headline numbers:
- Total Clicks — all-time clicks across every short link.
- Clicks This Period — clicks within the selected window, with a
+/-badge showing the change vs. the prior period. - Total Links — the number of short links in your workspace.
- Revenue This Period — attributed revenue from Shopify orders matched to Postli clicks. Also shows a period-over-period change badge.
- Attributed Orders — the count of unique Shopify orders attributed to social traffic in the selected window.
Click Trend chart
An area chart plots daily click volume over the selected period. Use this to spot traffic spikes after a post goes live, campaign launches, or viral moments.
Revenue by Platform
A horizontal bar chart breaks down attributed revenue by social platform (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.). Below the chart, each platform row shows the order count and total revenue. This is the fastest way to see which platform is actually driving sales — not just clicks.
Traffic Sources & Top Countries
Two side-by-side bar charts show:
- Top Traffic Sources — the referrer domains sending clicks to your short links (e.g.
instagram.com,t.co,Direct). - Top Countries — the geographic origin of clicks, resolved from IP addresses (hashed with SHA-256 — raw IPs are never stored).
Top Links
A ranked list of your most-clicked short links in the selected period. Click any link title to jump to its detail page with per-link analytics.
