Activity Log
The Activity Log records every significant action taken in your Postli workspace. It’s your audit trail — useful for debugging, compliance, and understanding who changed what and when.
Log entries
Each entry shows:
- Action — a human-readable description (e.g. “Post Created”, “Link Deleted”, “Settings Updated”).
- Module — the area of the app: Posts, Links, Media, Integrations, or Settings. Each module has a colour-coded badge.
- Method — the HTTP method used (GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE), colour-coded by type.
- Acted by — the Shopify staff member who performed the action.
- Timestamp — relative time (“5m ago”, “3h ago”) or absolute date for older entries.
Filter by module
Use the Module filter dropdown to show only entries from a specific area (Posts, Links, Media, Integrations, Settings). Leave it on “All modules” to see everything.
Activity detail
Click any log entry to open its detail page, which shows:
- The full action name and module
- The HTTP method and URL path
- The IP address of the request (hashed)
- The request/response data payload (if captured)
- Exact timestamp

The log is paginated with newest entries first. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate through history.
