Billing

The Billing page shows your current plan, lets you compare available tiers, and manage your subscription. All billing is handled through Shopify’s built-in subscription system — charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.

Plans

Lite
500 links · 5,000 clicks/mo · 5 social accounts · 500 posts/mo · 50 AI credits/mo · Last & first-click attribution
Essential
Unlimited links · 50,000 clicks/mo · 10 social accounts · 2,000 posts/mo · 250 AI credits/mo · Full tracking + last/first-click. Most popular.
Premium
Unlimited links & clicks · 25 social accounts · 10,000 posts/mo · 1,000 AI credits/mo · Multi-touch attribution · Priority support (24h SLA)

Each plan is available as monthly or yearly billing. Yearly saves the equivalent of two months’ cost.

Upgrade

Click Upgrade on any plan card. Shopify presents the subscription change for confirmation. The new plan takes effect immediately, and Shopify prorates the charge for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrade

You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If your usage exceeds the lower plan’s limits (e.g. more social accounts than allowed), Postli will prompt you to disconnect excess accounts before the downgrade completes.

Cancel

Click Cancel plan to end your subscription. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data (links, posts, analytics) is preserved — nothing is deleted.

Current plan indicator

Your active plan is highlighted with a badge on the Billing page. If you’re on the free tier (no paid subscription), a banner prompts you to choose a plan.
