Integrations
The Integrations page is where you connect and manage your social accounts. Postli uses centralized OAuth — you don’t need to create developer apps or paste API credentials. Just click Connect and approve permissions.
Platform cards
Each supported platform appears as a card showing:
- Platform icon and name
- Category (Social, Professional, Video, Visual, Local)
- Connection status — an ON badge if at least one account is connected, with the count if multiple.
- Connect / Configure button
- External link icon to open the platform’s website
Use the search bar to filter by name, or the category chips (All, Connected, Social, Professional, Video, Visual, Local) to narrow the view.
Connect an account
- Click Connect on the platform card (or click the card, then Connect in the detail modal).
- A popup window opens the platform’s OAuth consent screen. Sign in and approve all requested permissions.
- The popup closes automatically when the connection completes. The platform card updates to show the ON badge.
If your browser blocks popups, you’ll see an error. Allow popups for app.usepostli.com and try again.
You can connect multiple accounts per platform (e.g. two Instagram accounts, three Facebook Pages). Each appears as a separate entry in the detail modal.
Detail modal
Clicking a platform card opens a detail modal with two tabs:
Account tab
Shows each connected account with:
- Display name, username, and avatar
- Live stats: followers, engagement rate, impressions, reach, profile views
- Disconnect button (with confirmation step)
- Default Post Settings — platform-specific defaults that are pre-filled when you create a new post for this account (e.g. privacy level on TikTok, thread privacy on X). Click Save Defaults to persist.
Stats tab
Shows historical metrics for each connected account over 7 / 30 / 90 days. Each metric is displayed as a card with the current value, a sparkline chart, and a trend percentage comparing the first half of the period to the second half.
Disconnect an account
In the detail modal’s Account tab, click Disconnect next to the account. You’ll be asked to confirm. Once disconnected, the account’s access token is deleted and can no longer be used for publishing or engagement reads. Historical post data is preserved.
