Media
The Media library is where you store images and videos for use in social posts. Upload once, reuse across multiple posts and platforms.
Upload files
Click the Upload button or drag and drop files onto the upload zone. Postli accepts images (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF) and videos (MP4, MOV). Multiple files can be uploaded at once.
Each file is stored with its type (image or video), file size, and the original URL. Uploaded files appear in the grid immediately after the upload completes.
Browse & filter
The media grid shows thumbnails of all uploaded files. Use the type filter dropdown to show only images, only videos, or all files. The list is paginated.
Delete files
Click the trash icon on any file to delete it. A confirmation modal appears before the file is removed. Deleted files can no longer be attached to new posts, but posts that already used the file retain the URL reference.
Shopify Files
Postli can also access your Shopify Files library (the files you’ve uploaded directly to Shopify). When picking media in the post composer, the Media Picker modal has a tab for Shopify Files — browse and select without leaving Postli.
You can also link Shopify files into Postli’s media library, making them available for reuse without re-uploading.
Using media in posts
When creating or editing a post, click the media attachment area to open the Media Picker. Select one or more files from your Postli library or Shopify Files. For multi-image posts, drag to reorder. Each platform tab can override the media independently (e.g. vertical video for TikTok, square image for Instagram).
