Calendar
The Calendar page shows your publishing schedule in a monthly grid. Each day cell displays the posts scheduled or published on that date, colour-coded by platform.
Month navigation
Use the ← and → arrows to move between months. The current month is highlighted. Today’s date is marked with a distinct border.
Posts on the calendar
Each post appears as a small card within its scheduled date cell showing:
- Platform colour dot — each platform has a unique colour (Facebook blue, Instagram pink, X black, etc.)
- Content preview — the first ~40 characters of the post caption.
- Status badge — Draft (grey), Scheduled (blue), Publishing (amber), Published (green), Failed (red).
- Account name — which connected account the post targets.
Reschedule
Click on a post card to open a reschedule modal. Pick a new date and time, then click Reschedule. The channel post’s scheduled time is updated and the queue worker picks it up at the new time.
Only posts in Draft or Scheduled status can be rescheduled. Published or failed posts cannot be moved.

Clicking the post card’s title or the View link navigates to the post detail page where you can see full content, engagement metrics, and publish logs.
